Norman Height has undertaken Valuation assignments throughout Canada, parts of the United
States, and also in Jamaica, Cayman Islands, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, England, Wales and
Malaysia.
He is an Accredited Appraiser and Professional Appraiser (Appraisal Institute of Canada) and a Fellow
of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Norman Height has provided valuations and
consultations over the last 35 years in respect of various types of real estate. He has also acted as an
arbitrator regarding real estate disputes and has been qualified as an expert witness in Federal,
Provincial, Municipal and other Civil proceedings.
His experience includes valuing industrial, commercial and investment properties and also special
purpose facilities such as airports, pulp mills, drug manufacturing, hotels and resorts. He has acted as
a valuation coordinator for large real estate portfolios in the Americas and the Caribbean.
Lecturer: Appraisal courses in Ontario colleges and Formerly a Review Examiner: for the Ontario
Real Estate Board. Invited by INSPEN (Ministry of Finance Malaysia) and undertook a lecture on the
valuation of airports.
Speaker: Real Estate subjects such as Highest and Best Use, Lease Renewal rentals and Valuation
of Airports.
